Results
The direct contribution of the project to the outcome indicators is reflected in the project's purpose and objectives, activities, and outcome indicators established within the project.
R1. Creation and development of a research career guidance center in a developing region of Romania The project envisages outcome R1. Creation and development of the South-East Regional Center for Research Career Guidance within the national network of career guidance centers as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM, the related project activities that will lead to its achievement being the establishment, operationalization, and development of the South-East Regional Center for Research Career Guidance within the national network of career guidance centers as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM. This will be a distinct and integral part of the organizational structure of Ovidius University of Constanța and will be taken over, at the end of the project implementation period, to be fully funded by the Applicant for a minimum period of 3 years. The activities related to research career guidance, research promotion, attracting young people to research careers, and networking activities provided for in the project will contribute to the achievement of the result indicator, contributing to the establishment of the national career guidance network as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM.
R2. Participation in the creation, operationalization, and governance of the national network of research career guidance centers; 19 The R2 result of the project is Participation in the creation, operationalization, and governance of the national network of research career guidance centers. The project includes network activities aimed at participating in the creation, operation, and governance of the national network of research career guidance centers: Internships for experience exchange at other regional centers (mobility scheme of the network of research career guidance centers) – 6 beneficiaries; Materials to promote the network of research career guidance centers: video materials for social media (10 materials), articles promoting results and interviews with researchers with outstanding achievements; joint events to promote the activities of the network of research career guidance centers (min. 3 events); Joint activities of the network of research career guidance centers – min. 15 beneficiaries of the exchange of good practices of the network of research career guidance centers; Creation of a dedicated section on the ERA TALENT PLATFORM ROMANIA online portal, to be coordinated by MCID; Creation and development of a governance system for the national network of research career guidance centers. At least 90% of the beneficiaries of each research career guidance center will declare themselves satisfied with the quality of the services provided; The project provides for result R3 – At least 95% of the beneficiaries of the South-East Regional Center for Research Career Guidance will declare themselves satisfied with the quality of the services provided. Activities will be carried out to assess the quality of the services provided by the center, as well as to evaluate the satisfaction of the center's beneficiaries. These will be quantified and monitored within the project in order to adjust/update/improve the services provided, so that at least 95% of beneficiaries declare themselves satisfied with the quality of the services.
R4. At least 60 researchers will benefit from the career guidance services provided by the project's career guidance center; The project includes the following result indicator: R4 – At least 220 researchers will benefit from the career guidance services provided by the project's career guidance center; The specific activities provided for in the project – activities related to career guidance for researchers, activities to promote research and attract young people to research careers, and networking activities, which will benefit at least 220 researchers, will contribute to the achievement of the result.

Materials to promote the network of research career guidance centers: video materials for social media, articles promoting results, and interviews with researchers with outstanding achievements; joint events to promote the activities of the network of research career guidance centers; joint activities of the network of research career guidance centers; Creation of a dedicated section on the ERA TALENT PLATFORM ROMANIA online portal, to be coordinated by MCID; Creation and development of a governance system for the national network of research career guidance centers. The principles and guidelines will be established by MCID and implemented through a protocol signed with applicants whose proposals are accepted for funding.
